He is survived by: his wife Stella Mae Waldo Maddox of Ten Mile, TN; his children, Carol Morgan of Riceville, TN, Jimmy Maddox (Caroline) of Ten Mile, TN and George Maddox (Joyce) of Crossville, TN; his grandchildren, Julia Bowers (Cody), Jana Morgan, James Allen Maddox, John Maddox and Amanda Maddox; his great grandchildren, Katlyn Bowers, Destiny Bowers, Ronald Ivey, Bobbie Tipton, Jim Tipton and Josh Humphreys; and his sister Dorothy Hamilton of Philadelphia, TN.
