She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Woody and Nettie Walker Woody; and her siblings, Martin, W. F. (Dub), Hubert, Bruce, Herman, Roy and Nell Sharp.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bernice Woody; her nieces and nephews, Bill Woody, Spencer Woody, Gerald Woody, Mary Elizabeth Brooks, Dianne Hall, Patsy Pratt and Jenna Brantley; and also Trisha Woody.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Ten Mile United Methodist Church (c/o Edith Jones, 149 Blue Heron Way, Ten Mile, TN 37880) or Mt. Zion Cemetery Fund (c/o Rick Crabtree 1264 Upper Concord Rd., Ten Mile, TN 37880).
