He is survived by: his parents, Rachel Colyer Johnson and Mitchell Johnson; his children, Piper and Isaac Johnson; his brother Ethan Johnson; his grandparents, Mike Colyer, Gary and Juanota Cole; his great-grandparent Daphene Colyer; his aunts and uncles, Emily Colyer (Bryan Graham), April Hickman (Jason), Gena Hickman (James), Terry Hughes (Vance), Karen Webb (Billy), Ronnie Colyer (Shelia), Coleen Davis (Carl) and Rueben Lawson; the mother of his children Dakota Coleman; and his cousins, Timmy Colyer, Katy Hickman, Rex Hickman, Taylor Colyer, Meghan Hickman Holly Hickman (Cody Payne), Walt Hickman, Ellie Hickman, Travis Johnson (Karen), Jessica Avery (Jon), Jason Hughes, Heather Thompson (Caleb), Milynda Parrish, Kim Walden (Bryan) and Mathew Webb.
