He was predeceased by: his wife Kate Kelley; his parents, Edd Kelley and Mattie Tilley Kelley; his siblings, Alba Kelley, Reba Dockery, Archie, Douglas and Wade Kelley; and his son-in-law Ross Henry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Henry of Etowah and Edna (Verlin Patton); his grandchildren, Sandi Henry, Stacy Patton and Steven Patton (Tia); and his great grandchildren, Christion Brock, Michael Grillo-Foster, Macy Gray (Kade), Hunter Patton and Cadance Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
