He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar and Annie Standridge; his brothers, Addison Standridge and John Standridge; and his nephew Jimmy Standridge.
He is survived by: his son Michael Standridge; his grandsons, James Standridge and Johnathan Standridge; his brother Doug; his sister-in-law Janice Standridge; his nieces and nephews, Dale Standridge, Melissa Millsaps, Lisa Beasom, Beverly Millsaps, David Standridge, Brenda Standridge and Tim Standridge; and his sister-in-law Linda Standridge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude Hospital.
