It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Young (Tellico Plains, Tennessee), who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bates and Vannoy "Nano" Bates; her brother-in-law Jack Winters; and the father of her children Blake Young. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Nicholson (Scott) and Lori Millsaps; her grandchildren, Luke Shepherd (Chelcee Peel), Joseph Gray (Kali), Matthew Millsaps and Leah Shepherd; her great grandchildren, Braylyn and Avera Jade; and her sisters, Sarah Winters and Sandy Hakooz (Samir). She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other extended family members, special friends, and all her TPHS kids.
