She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Kirkland and Mollie Kirkland; her sons, Roger and Chris Freeman; and her siblings, Eva Plemmons, Arlene Graves, Sue Webb and Jesse Kirkland.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Freeman; her children, June Bates (Mickey), Robin Hamby (Gary), Phyllis Underdown (Bill), Danny Freeman (Rosie), Bobby Freeman (Virginia), Cleveland, Kim Freeman, Reed Freeman and Keith Freeman; and her siblings, Delsie White, Ronald Kirkland, Junior Kirkland and Jason Kirkland. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
