She is survived by: her children, Ann Shaw, Mike (Elizabeth Akins), Ronnie Walker and Darrell Akins; her grandchildren, Tammy Franklin, Neal Shaw, Sharron Thompson, Angie Day, Paige Bookout, Shawn Thomas, Jessie and Jennifer Walker; and her siblings-in-law, L. P. Holt, Carolyn Debity and Barbara Akins Tipton. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
