He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chelsey and Greyson Webb; his wife Delta Webb; his sons, Scottie (Christy Webb) and Mike (Becky Webb); and his siblings, Cletis Webb, Hazel Martin, Edith Hamby, Shirley Morrow and Joyce Smith.
