He is survived by: his significant other Tine Beaver; his sons, Preston (Micki), Alan (Vicki) and Patrick Hawkins (Missy); his grandchildren, Brittany, Heath (Bailey), Taylor (Elissa), Emily and Eric Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Harper Hawkins and Henley Moore; his sisters-in-law, Alma Taylor, Joyce Plemons, Doris Glandon, Ina Isbill and Wanda Kirkland; and also Linda Brock.
