He was predeceased by: his grandson Corbin Debety; his son-in-law Darrell Powers; his parents, Oscar McDaniel and Betty McDaniel; his parents-in-law, Jessie and Edna Smith; and his uncle Tommy Stalcup.
He is survived by: his wife Rita McDaniel; his children, Felicia Powers, Kristy McDaniel, Lexia (Michael Absher), Lori (Kevin Fritts), Rebecca McDaniel, Lindsey (Derrick Debety) and Jeremiah; his children-in-law, Jennifer McDaniel and Jeff McNabb; his grandchildren, Brandi Powers, Alex Powers, Jake McNabb, Luke McNabb, Logan Debety, Jacob Debety, Jackson McDaniel, Jailyn McNabb and Arryson Debety; and his aunt Peggy Atkins. He is also survived by 2 sisters, 2 brothers.
