She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Toomey and Golda Toomey; and her sister Nancy Fillers. She is survived by: her husband Dan Sliger of Tellico Plains; her son Van; her daughter-in-law Robin Sliger of Athens; her grandchildren, Ridge (Chloe Sliger), Hanna Holden of Phoenix, OR and Meadow Sliger of Athens; her nephews, Jeff Fillers of Chattanooga, Scott Fillers of Chattanooga and Chris Fillers of Chattanooga; and her sister-in-law Sheila (Butch Quillen) of Niota.
The family requests memorial donations to be made to WMU C/O New Providence Baptist Church PO Box 1088 Tellico Plains, TN 37385. (Masks are required to attend.).
