He is survived by: his grandparents, Bernie Hensley, Gladys Hensley, Charles Kay and Maxie Mullins; his aunt Anna Ruth Gann; his wife Heather Mathes Mullins; his parents, Gene Mullins of Jonesborough and Linda Mullins of Jonesborough; his parent-in-law Erwin Mathes; his cousins, Stephanie Thibodaux (Neal) of Baytown, TX and Walter Kirby (Mary) of Baytown, TX; his close friends, Janet, Jeff, Hunter, Hayden Hartman of Greeneville and Jeremy Dykes; and also, Lesa Mathes of Chuckey, Aunt and Evelyn Kirby of Baytown, TX.
