It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Shepard of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Shepard; her son Brian Shepard; her parents, Hugh Witt and Mary Francis Witt; her sons, David Shepard (Lori) and Michael Shepard (Stephanie); and her sisters, Linda Bishop, Sue Bolling (Robert) and Diane Bunch (Bill). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
