He is survived by: his wife Gail Russell; his daughter Michelle Russell (Gil Rodriguez) of Pigeon Forge; his stepchildren, Rachel Webber (Mike) of Sevierville, Joey Fox of Morristown and Rebekah O'Keefe (Chris) of Jefferson City; and his grandchildren, Leanna Webber, Phillip Webber, Jensen Fox, Olive O'Keefe and Cade O'Keefe.
