She was predeceased by: her grandson Bradley Campbell; her parents, Norma McKinney and Lou McKinney; her sister Patricia Dickerson Musser; and her nephew Travis Shults.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith; her son Jim Campbell (Tammy); her sisters, LaVonda Knight, Glenda Hensley (Doug) and Joyce "Jodi" Shults; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra Brooks, Sharon Cloer, Randy Knight, Sami Scarlett, Beth Cox, Johnny Scarlett, Brian Hazelwood, Cindy Anderson, Donald Hazelwood, Wendy Payne and Preston Smith.
