She was predeceased by: her grandmother Ruth Messer; and also Charles Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Denver Stout III of Talbott and Robert Lee Stout of Talbott; her parents, Robert Messer (Bob) of Talbott and Donna Messer of Talbott; her sister Misty Hannah; her grandparents, Lula Anderson of New Market and Robert Messer, Sr. of Talbott; and her nephew Christopher Hannah of Talbott.
