He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Deal and Luvina Deal; and his siblings, Rita M. Turner, Susie Burke, James, Butch, Ted and Lloyd Deal.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Deal; his children, Lisa Johnson, Rusty Deal and Kim Eldridge (Eric); his grandchildren, Kelly Scarborough (Brandon), Brad Simpson (Olivia), Brandi Simpson and Christian Eldridge; his great grandchildren, Hayden and Dakota Scarborough; his brothers, Joe Deal (Jeanette), Randy Deal (Deborah), Ricky Deal (Debbie) and Roger Deal; and his sister-in-law Ann Deal. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
