He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis "Pete" Smith; his father Albert Henry Smith; his grandson Bradley Campbell; his parents-in-law, Lou and Norma McKinney; and his aunt Eva Shultz.
He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Smith; his brother Greg Smith (Rita); his nephew Preston Smith (Hope); his great-nephew Tucker Smith; his sisters-in-law, LaVonda Knight and Jodi Shults; and his stepson James Campbell. He is also survived by several cousin and friends.
