He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Chambers; and his grandparents, Walter, Ellen Chambers and Roger Chambers. He is survived by: his brother Ray Chambers of Jefferson City; his nieces, Jessica and Jamie Smith of Talbott; his cousins, Austin Smith of Whitesburg, Lexi, Cassy, Dominique, Jason Lane, Peanut and Shy Gibson; and his sister-in-law Shirley Chambers. He is also survived by several other cousins and family members.
