She is survived by: her children, Brian Hazelwood (Connie), Donald Hazelwood (Stacie), Cindy Anderson (Sean) and Wendy Payne (Joe); her grandchildren, Mindy Hazelwood (Dee Andino), Tyler Watterson, Emily Murray (Hector Nieva), Chase Yuhl, Jakob Hazelwood, Montana Hazelwood, Colton Hazelwood, Drew Anderson, Tori Hazelwood, Cheyenne Hazelwood, Jordyn Anderson and Aspen Hazelwood; her great grandchildren, Jocelin Murray, Gabi, Nadia, Briana Nieva, Laressa Andino and Jaden Andino; her sisters, LaVonda Knight, Joyce "Jodi" Shults and Brianna Knight; her mother-in-law Janna Collier; her brothers-in-law, Roger Hensley (Linda) and Darren Ball; her close friends, Tommy McKinney and Debbie McKinney; and her cousin Jerry May.
