She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ray Lindsey and Mary Edith Hurst Lindsey; her son Jeffrey Gann; and her siblings, Joann and James.
She is survived by: her husband Alton Horner; her son Tim; her daughter-in-law Susie Gann; her stepson Shawn Horner (Lavania); her grandchildren, Amber, Josh, Lindsey Gann and A. J. Horner; and her brother Gene Lindsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
