He was predeceased by: his parent Molly; his son Brent Hawk; and his siblings, George Hawk, Fleenor Hawk, Dorothy Cullop, Edith Thomas, Mildred Keys and Jo Ann Shina.
He is survived by: his spouse Susan Overman Hawk; and his son Kevin Hawk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
