It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Harville of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on August 24, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reaford Collins and Opal Delph Collins. She is survived by: her husband Stacy Harville; her children, Opal Collins, Cheyenne Moore and Jesses Fletcher; and her grandchildren, Aiden, Blake, Mason, William, JJ and Leala. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
