He was predeceased by: his parents, W. M. "Bill" and Pearl Hopkins (Knowling); his siblings, Bobbie Hopkins, Marshall "Doc" Hopkins and Virginia Greene; his siblings-in-law, Howard Hill and Louise Hopkins (Knight); his nephew David Hopkins; and his great-nephew Izaliz Hopkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, J. T. Hopkins (Helen), Ethel Hill, Sarah Smith (Escoe), Coy Hopkins, Fred Hopkins (Margaret) and Doulas Hopkins; his siblings-in-law, Horace Greene of Talbott and Betty Hopkins of Talbott; his close friend Faye Welch of Jefferson City; and his nephew Stephen Hopkins.
