He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Pickett and Eunice Pickett; his son Phillip Shawn Pickett; and his siblings, Ester Limbaugh, Neva Pitts, Nell Janett, Mildred Goodman, Zack Pickett, J. D. Pickett, I, Fred Pickett, Tom Pickett, Bill Pickett, Robert Lee Pickett and Carl Pickett.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Pickett of Taft, Tennessee; his sons, Bobby Pickett, Jr. (Charlotte) of Alba and Ira Ray Pickett of Yantis, Texas; his grandchildren, Brandie Harvey (Sam) and Amanda Paris (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Uriah Harvey, Kolby Harvey, Dakota Pickett, Hunter Reid, Madison Reid and Grace Reid; and his great great grandchildren, Cooper and Noah Harvey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
