He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd "Doc" Mauk and Ruth Mauk; his son Scotty Mauk; his grandson Cody Hensley; and his siblings, Steve Mauk and Diana Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Mauk; his daughters, Sandy and April Mauk; his grandson Michael Mauk (Meagen); his sisters, Pamela Johnston (Ken) and LaDonna Lawson (Dude); and his sidekick Bella.
