He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Kinkead and Florence Bailey Kinkead; and his siblings, Everett "Buck" Kinkead and Rachel Kinkead. He is survived by: his wife Doris Roy Kinkead; his children, Jeffrey Kinkead (Angela) and Kathie Lucas (Douglas); his grandchildren, Mahala Kinkead, Colton Kinkead, Ian Lucas and Derek Lucas; and his siblings, Wanda Caldwell, Frieda Bellamy (Dolly), Jo Ann Willings, Margaret Grow and Roy Kinkead.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association in Raymond's name.
