He is survived by: his sons, Matt Bell of Schuylerville, NY and Nicholas Bell (Aaliyah); his parents, Mary Mielcarek (Joe) and Richard Bell (Mary) of Ft. Edward, NY; and his brothers, Richard Bell (Joan) and Ted Bell (Crystal Bonora) of Port Charlotte, FL. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
