She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert F. Neal; her parents, John L. Brice and Maude Geneva Brice; and her siblings, Erma Lee Fields, Albert Brice, Haynes Brice and Burle "Tince" Brice.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Johnson (George), Hubert D. "Hoopie" Neal (Kimberly) of Surgoinsville and Keith B. Neal of Surgoinsville; her grandchildren, Zion K. Neal and Tom Johnson (Kayla); her great grandchild Clementine Johnson; her siblings, Shirley Rakestraw of Rogersville and John L. Brice of Surgoinsville; and her caregivers, Margaret Grow, Amy Hunt, Joanna Rahming, Jeannie Slack, Amanda Nappila and Ashley Smallwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 the family was unable to have a service for Lois' husband Hubert, so a combined celebration of life service will be held for both of them.
