He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hughes; his daughter Ophelia; his son-in-law Joshua Edmonson; and his siblings, James Hughes (Vickie) and Geraldine Armstrong (Orville). He is also survived by several sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
