It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Wayne Horton of Surgoinsville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Iva Neal Horton; and his brothers, Mack and Jack Horton. He is survived by: his wife Verna Horton; his sons, Gregory W. Horton (Peggy), Herbert C. Horton and Kenny D. Horton; his grandsons, Payton and Seth Horton; and his siblings, Betty Williams, Patsy Mallory, Ronnie and Gene Horton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
