She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Wells and Nannie Reed Wells; her sister Cleta Davenport; her former husband Ed Hagood; and her great grandchild Braedon Richards.
She is survived by: her husband James "Monroe" Brown; her children, Kim Sloan (Howard), Kalea Parsons, Roger Hagood (Wendy), Lisa Hamilton (Chris), Scott Brown and Matt Brown (Tammy); her grandchildren, Haley, Monica, Taylor, Alexis, Eric, Jessica Brown, Carla Hamilton and Josh Hamilton; her great grandchildren, Adaleigh, Cole, Branson, Tanner, Parker, MaKenna, Kinsley, Marissa, Weston, Charles, Charity and Sofia; and her sister Wanda Cushion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
