He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Salyer; his grandparents, Leon, Lois Salyer, Mary and Lucian Presley; and his nephew Cody Greene.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Salyer; his son Kelly Salyer (Casey Martin); and his siblings, Chad Salyer (Shannan), Hunter Salyer (Arielle) and Gaye Fultz (Chris). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at Memorials Processing, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
