It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Salyer of Surgoinsville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donnie Salyer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Salyer and Lois Salyer; and his grandson Cody Greene. He is survived by: his significant other Carol Salyer; his children, Chad (Shannan), Doug, Hunter Salyer and Gaye Fultz (Chris); and his grandsons, Tyler, Kelly, Jacob, Payton Salyer, Brayden Campbell and Mike Gibson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren – all of which he adored; brothers.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis TN 38105-9959.
