She is survived by: her husband Samuel Wayne Burchfield; her children, Heather Tuell (Julius), Thomas Burchfield (Tonya), Anthony Burchfield (Chasity), Justin Burchfield and Kourtney Bishop; her grandchildren, Chloey, Chase, Caleb, Alexis, Cayden, Jalen, Caitlynn, Ellie and Eliza; her siblings, Deborah Ann Perry (J. E.), Kimberly Richards (Steve), Garnie Mauk (Shelia) and Dennis Mauk (Rita); and her close friend Tonya White.
