He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Kenrick and Edna Kenrick; his stepmother Kate Jones Kendrick; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Temple Hensley Kendrick; his children, Susan Stafford, Debbie Arnold, Anita Nadine Kendrick, Jeffery Kendrick (Pete) and Mark Richard (Hizzie); and his siblings, June Monroe (Paul) and Fred Kendrick (Nell). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
