He is survived by: his wife Rita Mauk; his daughter Pamela Cottner (Christopher); his grandchildren, Makenna Sierra Heck "Sissy" and Riley Brandon Heck "HotRod"; his sisters, Kimberly Richards (Steve) and Deborah Ann Perry; and his close friends, Rick, Joyce Smith, Roy and Paula Shortt. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
