He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Mabe; and his parents, Elmer Mabe Sr. and Blanche Mabe. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Burchfield (James); his granddaughter Kelly Burchfield; his great grandchild Damian; and his siblings, Emily Mabe, Elmer Lee Mabe Jr and Gary Mabe (Renita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
