He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Avery Collier and Fondye L. Austin Kemp; his stepmother Ruby Wade Collier; his son-in-law Fines Hillard; his siblings, Frances Harris and David Collier; and his grandchildren, Jason Collier and Tiffany Spring Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Hillard of Buchanan, TN, Robin Miles (Jeff) of Palm Desert, CA, Terry Gene Collier (Dora) of Erin, TN, Jerry Collier (Judy) of Erin, TN and Glenn Collier (Brandi) of Paris; and his sister Margie Tansett of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
