She is survived by: her spouse Shirley Randall Collins; her sister Sharon Miller Hensley; and her children, Harold Collins (Darlene), Teresa Hensley (Larry), Gail Keck, Sheila Caldwell (James), Melinda Beverly and Dennis Collins. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
