She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Ellison; her son Johnny Earl Ellison; her sister Betty Joe Bean Braden; her parent-in-law Haskel Verlin; her siblings-in-law, Vera Ellison Wilson, Irene Ellison, Frances Ellison, Buster Ellison, Clay Ellison and Russell Ellison; and her niece Vera Ellison Collins.

She is survived by: her son Billy Mack Ellison (Carolyn Gibson Ellison) of Speedwell, TN.; her grandchildren, Melissa Jane Ellison Mckinney (Jake Mckinney) of Lafollette, TN., Amy Lee Ellison Welch (Andy Welch) of Speedwell, TN. and Emily Laura Ellison Burdette (Cory Burdette) of Blaine, TN.; her great grandchildren, Jared Mckinney, Clayton Welch, Ashlyn Mckinney, Chase Burdette and Laura Burdette; her nephew Ben Braden (Betty Gail); her nieces, Sue Ellison Evans and Rose Ellison; and her great-niece Nicole Braden.
