He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sims of Sparta, TN; his children, Myra Humphrey (Thomas) of McMinnville, TN, Michael "Bumper" Sims, Jr. of Sparta, TN, Knosh Okeefe (Clifford) of Rickman, TN, Brandon Sims (Autumn) of Cookeville, TN, Monica Wallace (Dale) of Byrdstown, TN and Jamie Harden (Shane) of Byrdstown, TN; his grandchildren, Braiden (Mandy), Candra, Logan (Brianna), Maci, Karlee, Meilah Cate, Taylor (Cody), Bailey (Angela), Trenton, Maddox and Jazmyn; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Mayva, Judy Bohannon, Kathy Leffew and Donna Sims; his brother William Sims; and also Elizabeth Langenback. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
