He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Norris and Ima Tollison Norris; and his siblings, Karen West and Timothy Todd. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Norris of Sparta, TN; his grandchildren, Raelyn, Janiyah and Roman; and his siblings, Charles Norris of Sparta, TN, Russell Norris of Sparta, TN., Wanda Coffman of Sparta, TN and Charlene Carter.
