It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Qualls (Sparta, Tennessee), who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Qualls to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison Qualls and Willie Ethel McCulley Qualls; and his siblings, Thomas Gatewood Qualls and Linda Qualls Steward. He is survived by: his significant other Dora Mae Woody Qualls; his daughters, Shelia Qualls Cockcroft (Jesse) of Dorchester and Kimberly Qualls Bodner (Steven) of Porto, Portugal; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Lauren Cates and Jordan Gatewood Cockcroft.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a cause dear to Billy's heart, the restoration fund for the Bilbrey family cemetery. Donations can be sent to The Bilbrey Family Reunion at One Bank of Tennessee in Livingston at 1477 West Main Street, Livingston, TN 38570.
