With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William John Franklin Seal of Sneedville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025 at the age of 74. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Out (274 Obie St, Sneedville, TN 37869).
