It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Prinzivalle of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Fred Parker; her husband Vincent Prinzivalle; and her siblings, Bill, Lawrence, Frank Cantrell, Ruby Ballard and Nell Connolly.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Nash (Steve) of Smithville; her stepson Nick Prinzivalli of Michigan; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Cantrell Lawson of Smithville and Jane Cantrell of Smithville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to flowers donations may be made to the DeKalb Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Mrs. Ruth.
