She was predeceased by: her father Earl G. Mobley; her husband James Selby; her daughter Sheryl Shadowens; her grandson James Shadowens; and her siblings, Juanita Selby, Phyllis Powers, Lee, Jack, Robert and Dick Mobley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Selby of Smithville, Belinda Stratton of Rock Island and Shannon Nichols (Ernie) of Smithville; her grandchildren, Vanessa Moser, Heather Theodore, Jesse Theodore and Ashlee Garcia (Johnny); her great grandchildren, Alexia, Miya, Mason, Liam, Mikayla and Leia; and her sister Vivian Daniels (Elva) of Vandalia, Ohio..
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to New Life United Pentecostal Church Building Fund, in memory of Mrs. Selby.
