He is survived by: his wife Bettie Michael of Smithville; his daughters, Johnna West of Smithville and Lori Michael of Smithville; his grandchildren, Sarah Fuson (Billy), Ashley Cook (Quentin) and Waylon West (Samantha Ballard); his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Fuson, Aubree Fuson, Aiden Cook and Brilee Fuson; and his sisters, Mary Michael and Betty Riggins.
