It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deane Marie Morgan of Smithville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Cleve Beckham; her husbands, Jim Traughber and Richard Morgan; her son James King Traughber III; and her sisters, Nellie Jean Deason, Lucille McGee and Wilma Lawson.
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Traughber of Smithville; and her grandchildren, Mariah Traughber Bragg of Smithville and Kai Traughber Bragg of Oregon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family ask in lieu of flowers, donations be made to DeKalb Animal Coalition in memory of Ms. Morgan.
